Sabita Ramlal, PhD
SENIOR RESEARCHER & PROJECT MANAGER
Sabita Ramlal is a Senior Researcher and Project Manager with Prism Economics and Analysis. She has a B. Sc. in Social Sciences from the University of the West Indies, an M.A. in Employment and Labour Studies from the International Institute of Social Studies, a Master in Public Policy & Administration from Ryerson University, and has completed her PhD in Education at York University. Prior to joining Prism, Sabita worked with the City of Toronto, York University, the Ministry of Training Colleges and Universities, the Council of Ontario Universities, the Toronto Training Board, the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation, and the Employers’ Consultative Association in the Caribbean. Sabita has extensive experience as a researcher and policy advisor in the areas of industrial relations, labour markets, post-secondary education, labour market training, and equity and inclusion.
